Due to the nature of natural, handmade products, I do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Soft Touch Cosmetics guarantees the delivery of products to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the customer fails to provide the correct address at the time of purchase,Soft Touch Cosmetics will not be held liable or required to issue a refund for lost packages. Please make sure you enter the correct address before hitting 'submit'.

If your package has been marked 'DELIVERED,' I do not issue refunds for any 'DELIVERED' packages.

Soft Touch Cosmetics provides shipping insurance in the unfortunate event of a lost, damaged or stolen package. If you do not select the Route insured shipping option at checkout,Soft Touch Cosmetics is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
